How has the industry changed? What are the challenges for the future?
High regulatory pressure: As in many other industries, there is a high degree of regulatory pressure – self-regulation is no longer considered adequate by society. The challenge lies in meeting the various internal and external expectations and defining quality in a relevant way; in this respect, the expectations of the authorities do not necessarily conform to those of our clients.

High price pressure: Like our competitors, we are a company managed according to commercial principles. While striving to provide high-quality services, we naturally also wish to be compensated appropriately for this. The challenge is to ensure that our existing and potential clients continue to recognise the value of our services.
